Thanks for the response, it was helpful. I guess what sponsored the question in my mind was wondering if I should consider 5th as a sort of overdrive or an actual gear for further acceleration? I find 60 kph decent cruising speed for 3rd gear, 75-85 is good in 4th gear. Then I usually shift into 5th when I need to maintain any speed over 85. Does this sound about where you all run your bikes or do you wind them out more than that at cruising speeds? Again, just curious. JEFF from ITALY
